Abstract

Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) in mice is characterized with changes in main lymphocyte populations and sub-populations. It was shown that tilorone normolizes the level of T- and B-lymphocytes, T/B ratio, and distribution into sub-populations at all studied terms of the disease. The activation of T-suppressors with tilorone fully implements an expexted therapeutic effect of this medicine at EAE.
