
Introduction. The article deals with the study of appearance history of definition of psychogenic losses. Intensive military operations, real risk to life, informational ambiguity, loss of companions in arms are accompanied by psychogenic traumatic situations, which are life threatening and especially significant for person, because of circumstances of his\her functioning, and that is why psychic disorders and psychosomatic disorders are frequently became consequences of all these.The purpose of the articleis to expand approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the nature of psychogenic disorders of combatants in the retrospective analysis.Methods. Analysis of the researched problem; systematization and generalization of the information obtained from the theoretical sources: analysis, synthesis, generalizationandsystematization.Originality. The main part of the article deals with the history of research of psychogenic disorders. The approaches to this issue of Ukrainian and foreign scientists concerning influence of psycho-traumatic factors of combat conditions on the state of mind of military man are analyzed. The modern state of study of psychogenic losses problem and modern approaches to its classification are revealed.The retrospective survey of scientific papers imply, that the pathogenetic role of heavy emotions, mental commotions in the development of mental disorders are known for a long time. Stress can be a «starting air» for emergence of some diseases and can influence on its clinical implications and dynamics, in other cases it can be a basis for development of the mental pathology. In addition, the psychological trauma may cause pathological formation of person and define all the further life of the person.Conclusion. The scenario of modern conflicts is characterized by high mental tension, continuity of operations, and a great amount of psycho-traumatic factors. There are high demands for stability and orientation of the psychological and moral qualities of militarymen, their ability to perform tasks in conditions of significant combat stresses. We should always remember that the combat capability of troops and units is 65% due to the functional state of the body of the military men and only 35% depends on the technical means necessary for the execution of tasks in the context of their combat application.
Стаття присвячена дослідженню історії виникнення поняття психогенних втрат. Проаналізовано підходи іноземних та вітчизняних вчених, щодо впливу психотравмуючих факторів бойової обстановки на психіку військовослужбовця. Розглянуто сучасний стан вивчення проблеми психогенних втрат та сучасні підходи щодо їх класифікації.Автором розкрита специфіка прояву психогенних розладів серед військовослужбовців, яка базується на досвіді застосування частин та підрозділів Збройних Сил України в антитерористичній операції та операції об’єднаних сил.
Статья посвящена исследованию истории возникновения понятия психогенных потерь. Проанализированы подходы зарубежных и отечественных ученых, о влиянии психотравмирующих факторов боевой обстановки на психику военнослужащего. Рассмотрено современные подходы изучения проблем психогенных потер и их классификации.Автором раскрыта специфика проявления психогенных потерь среди военнослужащих с учетом опыта применения частей и подразделений Вооруженных Сил Украины в антитеррористической операции и операции объединенных сил.
