In the article, the definition of military-technical policy is formulated and the main problems are outlined. Also the expected results of the implementation of military-technical policy are specified, its components and their content are defined. A formalized model of systemic analysis of military-technical policy as a complex system is proposed. General approaches to the further formation of a mathematical model for quantitative and qualitative analysis and assessment of the effectiveness of military-technical policy are proposed, and some functional dependencies of policy parameters are presented.
Сформульоване визначення військово-технічної політики, окреслені основні проблеми. Уточнені очікувані результати реалізації військово-технічної політики, визначені її складові та їхній зміст. Запропонована формалізована модель системного аналізу військово-технічної політики як складної системи. Запропоновані загальні підходи до подальшого формування математичної моделі для кількісного та якісного аналізу й оцінювання ефективності військово-технічної політики, представлені окремі функціональні залежності параметрів політики.
