ON THE PROBLEM OF DOMINANTS IN THE CONCEPTUAL TRANSFORMATION OF CONNECTIONS IN THE «FINANCIAL SYSTEM – FINANCIAL MARKET – FINANCIAL INTERMEDIARY» CHAIN

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the lack of proper relationship implementation between the links of the “financial system – financial market – financial intermediary” chain, which leads to the loss of its productive potential in solving problems of social and economic development. The priority of the dominants clarification at the level of conceptual transformation of relations in stated chain through the prism of causation is emphasized. The key dominants of this transformation are singled out, among which are: 1) higher level of essential content maturity; 2) the validity of the selected strategic priorities and goals and their extrapolation to the level of each link; 3) patterns of the digital economy development.

У статті досліджено питання відсутності належної реалізації взаємозв’язку між окремими структурними ланками ланцюга «фінансова система ‑ фінансовий ринок ‑ фінансове посередництво», що призводить до втрати його продуктивного потенціалу при вирішенні проблем соціально-економічного поступу. Наголошено на першочерговому з’ясуванні домінант на рівні концептуальної трансформації відносин у зазначеному ланцюгу крізь призму причинно-наслідкових зв’язків. Виокремлено ключові домінанти зазначеної трансформації, серед яких: 1) вищий рівень зрілості сутнісного наповнення; 2) обґрунтованість обраних стратегічних пріоритетів і цілей та їх екстраполяція на рівень кожної ланки; 3) закономірності розвитку цифрової економіки.
