INFORMATION SECURITY OF THE DOMESTIC SOCIETY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR

INFORMATION SECURITY OF THE DOMESTIC SOCIETY IN THE CONTEXT OF THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR

Abstract

The article explores the information security of Ukrainian society in the informational-technical and value-worldview contexts during the Russian aggression. It is argued that the development of Ukraine's information security system under the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war must rely on advanced information and communication technologies, domestic software products, and highly qualified specialists in this field. It is noted that, in the worldview dimension, the onset of the Russian-Ukrainian war has led to the transformation of the substantive characteristics of anti-Ukrainian narratives, which are used as "semantic" and "informational" weapons.
