Assessment of the Quality of the Imprints of Screen Printing

Abstract

It analyses main tendencies and prospects of development of screen printing. Carried out visual and instrumental evaluation of the quality of imprints of screen printing using the developed test forms.According to the results of the research and recommendations regarding the conditions and range of application printing material to optimize the reproduction process of quality products for screen printing, developed the algorithm of preparation for printing and printing of promotional products.

Рассмотрены перспективные направления развития трафаретного способа печати. Исследовано влияние параметров печатного процесса трафаретной технологии на точность воспроизведения графической информации с использованием разработанной тестовой формы для стабилизации качества воспроизведения рекламно-сувенирной продукции.

Розглянуто перспективні напрями розвитку трафаретного способу друку. Досліджено вплив параметрів друкарського процесу трафаретної технології на точність відтворення графічної інформації з використанням розробленої тестової форми задля стабілізації якості відтворення рекламно-сувенірної продукції.
