The effectiveness of "Mukohen" inclusion in standard treatment regimens of erosive-ulcerative gastric and duodenal diseases

Abstract

The influence of the "Mukohen" medication on the factors of protecting the gastric mucosa in patients with peptic ulcer after a two-week course of treatment has been studied. An improvement of the epithelization of defects of the gastric mucous membrane and that of the duodenum by activating the mechanisms of mucus formation was noted.

Изучалось влияние препарата "Мукоген" на факторы защиты слизистой оболочки желудка у больных с пептической язвой после проведенного двухнедельного лечения. Отмечалось улучшение эпителизации дефектов слизистой оболочки желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки путем активации механизмов слизеобразования.

Вивчався вплив препарату “Мукоген” на фактори захисту слизової оболонки шлунка у хворих на пептичну виразку після проведеного двотижневого лікування. Відмічалося покращання епітелізації дефектів слизової оболонки шлунка і дванадцятипалої кишки шляхом активації механізмів слизоутворення.
