Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности формирования диффузионного соединения деталей из технического алюминия и алюминиевого сплава АМг5 с помощью твердофазной активации соединяемых поверхностей галлием. Показано влияние продуктов взаимодействия алюминия с галлием на локальное изменение механических свойств в зоне диффузии.

Розглянуто особливості формування дифузійного з'єднання деталей з технічного алюмінію та алюмінієвого сплаву АМг5 за допомогою твердофазної активації поверхонь, що з'єднуються галієм. Показано вплив продуктів взаємодії алюмінію з галієм на локальну зміну механічних властивостей у зоні дифузії.

The features of the diffusion joint of technical-grade aluminum and aluminum alloy AMg5 partsformation using solid-phase activation of connected surfaces with gallium are considered. The effect of thealuminum and gallium reaction products on mechanical properties of diffusion zone.
