The vital components of victory over the enemy are the understanding by government officials and military leaders of the philosophy of intelligence and the skillful application of the combat capabilities of intelligence forces and means. The development of new types of intelligence and their complex application significantly increases the reliability, efficiency, and completeness of intelligence information in the interests of effective fire damage to the enemy. The analysis of the experience of conducting operations and combat actions indicates the tasks of intelligence, namely: the effective use of available intelligence forces and means; the creation of a unified intelligence field; the determination of the enemy's centre of gravity; the destruction of the enemy in coordination with firepower means, which will inevitably lead to the enemy abandoning their intentions. In order to achieve the goal of the operation (battle) and effectively defeat the enemy, it is necessary to use the available resources of forces and intelligence. Technical types of intelligence, whose intelligence agencies perform intelligence tasks without direct contact with the enemy, which significantly increases their survivability and effective fire damage to the enemy, showed special importance and effectiveness in obtaining intelligence information. In the course of the analysis of the experience of conducting complex reconnaissance, a methodical approach was developed regarding the complex application of the available resources of forces and means of reconnaissance in order to increase the effectiveness of fire damage to the enemy. The obtained results make it possible to apply the developed methodology to significantly increase the reliability, efficiency and completeness of intelligence information in the interests of effective fire damage to the enemy. The results of the analysis and the implementation of the tasks specified in the article will further help direct the development of complex intelligence in the right direction and respond to modern challenges and threats caused by the long-term existential conflict with the Russian Federation.

Життєво важливими складовими перемоги над ворогом є розуміння державними посадовцями та воєначальниками філософії розвідки та вміле застосування бойових можливостей сил і засобів розвідки. Розвиток нових видів розвідки, та їх комплексного застосування, значно підвищує достовірність, оперативність, повноту розвідувальних відомостей в інтересах ефективного вогневого ураження противника. Аналіз досвіду ведення операцій та бойових дій, вказує на завдання розвідки, а саме: ефективне застосування наявних сил і засобів розвідки; створення єдиного розвідувального поля; визначення центру тяжіння ворога; знищити ворога у взаємодії з засобами вогневого ураження, що неминуче призведе до відмови противника від своїх намірів. Для досягнення мети операції (бою) та ефективного ураження противника, необхідно комплексне застосовування наявного ресурсу сил та засобів розвідки. В ході проведеного аналізу досвіду ведення комплексної розвідки розроблено методичний підхід щодо комплексного застосовування наявного ресурсу сил та засобів розвідки з метою підвищення ефективності вогневого ураження противника. Отримані результати дозволяють застосовувати розроблену методику для значного підвищення достовірності, оперативності та повноти розвідувальних відомостей в інтересах ефективного вогневого ураження противника. Результати проведеного аналізу та реалізація зазначених у статті завдань в подальшому допоможуть спрямувати розвиток комплексної розвідки в потрібному напрямку та відповісти на сучасні виклики і загрози, що обумовлені екзистенційним довготривалим конфліктом з РФ.
