An assessment of disregulatory states of the secretory system on the basis of LCS-metry of the urinary and blood serum of patients with tuberculosis in the process of treatment

Abstract

The efficacy of prognosticating complications on the part of the secretory system, employing the method of laser correlation spectroscopy (LCS) in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis has been studied. It has been established that metabolic processes basically of the anabolic type proceed in the kidneys against an inhibition of the anabolic intensity of metabolism and an elevation of the catabolic and mixed orientation of the metabolic processes of the body‟s systematic homeostasis. The submitted data have demonstrated the informational content of LCS-metry of biological fluids, when evaluating the disregulatory states of the kidneys in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
