CYBERSPACE: TOWARDS THE PROBLEM OF REGULATION

CYBERSPACE: TOWARDS THE PROBLEM OF REGULATION

Abstract

The publication is devoted to the problem of regulation of cyberspace. The complexity of regulation at the general level has led to the fact that the regulation of its individual spheres is more rapid: economy, etc. It is also argued that existing legal institutions are no longer able to create an effective mechanism of regulation. In this regard, the scientific community proposes to create special mechanisms of regulation that are based on the legal and technological basis of cyberspace.
