PROFESSIONAL ANALYSIS OF THE FEATURES OF THE ACTIVITY EMPLOYEES IN THE FIELD OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Introduction. The article examines the results of a study of the peculiarities of the professional activity of employees in the field of personnel management, using the example of IT employees. According to the results of the author's survey, the peculiarities and current state of development of the field of professions related to the socio-economic class and related to the selection of personnel and the formation of professional teams, in particular in the IT industry, were clarified. Based on the results of the questionnaire, content analysis of terms and concepts, psychological analysis of the activities of various categories of employees in the field of personnel management, the main psychological features of the activities of this category of specialists were determined and a model of professional analysis of their activities was proposed. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to determine the psychological features of the activities of employees in the field of personnel management, to conduct a professional analysis of their activities to determine the most vulnerable components of professional stress that can affect the effectiveness of the activities of this category of professionals, accordingly affect the level of work capacity, create prerequisites for the development of professional stress, the accumulation of fatigue and professional burnout. According to the results of the empirical part of the ascertainment experiment of the research, a model of building a professionogram and a psychogram of an employee in the field of personnel management was developed using the example of employees in the IT field. Methods: survey, content analysis of terms and definitions, modeling method and professionography. Originality. For the first time, a comprehensive analysis of the specifics of the activities of employees in the field of personnel management, who carry out recruitment for IT companies, was carried out. Based on the results of the content analysis, the terms and concepts within the scope of the study were defined and systematized. The most vulnerable components of the manifestation of professional stress among employees in the field of personnel management have been established. According to the results of scientific approaches and a comparative analysis of professionalization models, a model of the program of professionalization study of the activities of personnel management employees working in the field of the IT industry was formed. Conclusion. The analysis of scientific approaches to the problem of professional analysis of the activities of specialists made it possible to determine the tools for the further development of the profession and psychogram of a specialist in the field of personnel management, for which a comprehensive model of the professional analysis of the activities of personnel management specialists was applied. The author proved that the effectiveness of the professional activity of employees in the field of personnel management, as one of the main links in the formation of the personnel potential of the organization, depends on the complex of professionally important qualities of employees, which, according to the results of the professional description, should be used in the professional and psychological selection and psychological support of the activities of personnel employees bodies and recruiting companies. Among the main, most significant professional and important qualities of employees in the field of personnel management, the following are reliably distinguished: mnemonic, imaginative, emotional, volitional, linguistic, communicative, and among intellectual competencies, the development of the structure of emotional intelligence is decisive. When compiling the psychological characteristics of employees in the field of personnel management, an operational-psychological interpretive analysis was applied. Prospects for further research include the development of a professional psychological program for maintaining the professional health of personnel management employees and methodological recommendations for its implementation in the activities of recruiting companies.

У статті розглянуті результати дослідження особливостей професійної діяльності працівників сфери управління персоналом, на прикладі працівників ІТ – сфери. За результатами авторського опитування були з’ясовані особливості та сучасний стан розвитку сфери професій, що відносяться до класу соціономічних і пов’язані з підбором персоналу та формуванням професійних команд, зокрема в діяльності ІТ – індустрії. За результатами анкетування, контент-аналізу термінів і понять, психологічного аналізу діяльності різних категорій працівників сфери управління персоналом, визначені основні психологічні особливості діяльності даної категорії фахівців та запропоновано модель професіографічного аналізу їх діяльності.
