THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF PROFESSIOGRAPHY AN ACTIVITIES OF PERSONNEL OFFICER

Abstract

The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of professiography of personnel officer as a subject of the military service; clarified the nature and content of the concepts «personnel officer», «professiography», «professiogram», «psychogram». The psychogram should reflect the requirements and characteristics of motivational, cognitive, emotional, personality and other professionally important qualities of the subject of the military service is proved in the article. The professiogram of the personnel officer clearly defines, what does this specialist, what activities dominate in his military service, and what qualities ensure the success of the performance of his official duties. The article defines the personal qualities, abilities, and interests of the personnel officer, which correspond to the professiogram, as well as those qualities that hinder his effective of the military service as a specialist. Psychological analysis of the profession «personnel officer» and the conditions of his work makes it possible to identify requirements for this profession and the personality of an officer, to reveal the features and structure of professional abilities and the psychological preconditions for streamlining labor.Knowledge of the theoretical aspects of the professionalism of an official of the personnel management body as a subject of activity can consciously help young officers in choosing a profession; in the long term - to help form their professional plans, tents of interest in the field of personnel activities in the mind; To form certain beliefs and stimulate the development of certain qualities in oneself, to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in the direction of activities, in order to gain career growth in the future. The result of the research is the compilation of the professional characteristics of the personnel officer.

В статье проанализированы теоретические аспекты профессиографии деятельности офицера кадрового органа; выяснена сущность и содержание понятий «профессиография», «профессиограмма», «психограмма». Установлено, что профессиограмма офицера кадрового органа четко определяет то, чем занимается этот специалист, какие виды деятельности доминируют в его работе, какие качества обеспечивают успешное выполнение его должностных обязанностей, и какие - препятствуют его эффективной работе как специалиста.

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні аспекти професіографії діяльності офіцера кадрового органу; з’ясовано суть і зміст понять «професіографія», «професіограма», «психограма». Встановлено, що професіограма офіцера кадрового органу чітко визначає те, чим займається цей фахівець, які види діяльності домінують у його роботі, які якості забезпечують успішному виконанню його посадових обов’язків, та які - перешкоджають його ефективній роботі як фахівця.
