Abstract

Рассматриваемая в работе модель swap-контракта актуальна для российских компаний и может быть ими использована для улучшения кредитного рейтинга и привлечения относительно недорогих зарубежных кредитов.

The model of the swap-contract offered in work is actual for the Russian companies and can be used for improvement a credit rating and attraction concerning inexpensive foreign credits.
