Про економічну ефективність локального легування виливків

Abstract

The article presents the comparative analysis of basic technological operations of the manufacturing of hardened cast products for metallurgical equipment, produced by point alloying and weld deposition. The results of the prime cost calculation of the charging equipment cone manufacturing are presented. As the most promising option in the technology of large-size cast products manufacturing the method of point alloying with the usage of flux-cored wire is introduced

В статье приведен сравнительный анализ основных технологических операцийпроизводства упрочненных отливок для металлургического оборудования, полученных способом локального легирования и способом наплавки. Приведены результаты расчета себестоимости изготовления конуса засыпного аппарата. Как наиболее перспективный вариант технологии изготовления крупногабаритных отливок предложен способ локального легирования с использованием порошковой проволоки.

У статті наведено порівняльний аналіз основних технологічних операцій виробництва зміцнених виливків для металургійного устаткування, отриманих способом локального легування і способом наплавлення. Наведено результати розрахунку собівартості виготовлення конуса засипного апарату. Як найбільш перспективний варіант технології виготовлення великогабаритних виливків запропонований спосіб локального легування з використанням порошкового дроту
