
Introduction. The article outlines the theoretical and methodological framework of the author's training program "Readiness for the Challenge: Psychological Resilience of a Servicemember," which is integrated into the system of professional military training of personnel under martial law conditions. The program is aimed at developing psychological readiness for performing combat missions, taking into account personal and professional factors such as stress resistance, self-regulation, motivational orientation, and communication skills. The article substantiates expediency of certain training technologies. The modular structure of the program ensures a gradual impact on key personality characteristics. The expected outcomes include positive dynamics in the development of professionally significant qualities, a reduction in emotional exhaustion, and decreased manifestations of maladjustment. Ultimately, such an approach forms a goal-oriented model of psychological preparation for action in combat conditions. Purpose. To present the content and structure of the training course program. Methods. The program is based on the results of an empirical study. The methodology is based on contemporary views on psychological readiness as a dynamic personality quality that can be developed. Originality. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that, for the first time, a training program titled "Readiness for the Challenge: Psychological Resilience of a Servicemember" has been developed and substantiated. The program is aimed at fostering psychological readiness to perform combat tasks under martial law. It is grounded in empirically identified predictors of readiness—emotional resilience, motivation, self-confidence, adaptability, self-regulation, and the ability to interact effectively in a team. The course places particular emphasis on the development of value-motivational, cognitive, emotional-volitional, professional personality domains. The author proposes a comprehensive model of psychological training, which integrates preventive corrective and developmental components to support servicemen in facing the psychological challenges of modern warfare. The practical significance of the program lies in its potential for integration into the system of military education and professional training. With a clear structure, methodological support, and a well-developed toolkit, the program can be flexibly adapted to meet the specific needs of individual units. Its implementation contributes to reducing psycho-emotional stress, strengthening internal resources, enhancing stress resilience, and ultimately improving the overall combat effectiveness of military personnel. Conclusion. The proposed training course program encompasses the development of value-motivational, cognitive, emotional and volitional, personality professional resilience, ensuring a systematic formation of key psychological resources in military personnel. Its implementation promotes emotional stability, self-confidence, adaptability, self-regulation, and team cohesion—critical factors that enhance mission effectiveness and support the preservation of mental health in combat conditions. Prospects for further research include adapting the program to different types of military activities and assessing its long-term impact. In the future, it is possible to introduce digital formats for remote work.
У статті висвітлено структуру та зміст авторської програми тренінгового курсу «Готовність до виклику: психологічне зміцнення військовослужбовця», що інтегрується у систему військово-професійної підготовки особового складу військових формувань. Програма спрямована на підвищення психологічної готовності військовослужбовців до виконання військово-професійних завдань. Тренінг націлений на розвиток стресостійкості, саморегуляції, мотивації та психологічної стабільності в умовах бойових дій.
