The necessity of forming accounting and analytical support of activity of family medicine has been considered. Models of reports of family doctors have been suggested. The necessity of using them in practice has been proved. Analysis of basic health indicators and photofluorography examinations by the example of the 5th municipal polyclinic of Lviv has been carried out.

Розглянуто необхідність формування обліково-аналітичного забезпечення діяльності сімейної медицини. Запропоновано моделі звітів сімейних лікарів. Доведено необхідність використання їх на практиці. Проведено аналіз основних показників здоров’я та флюорографічних обстеженьна прикладі 5-ої міської клінічної поліклініки м. Львова.
