ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES OF THE ENDOTHELIAL CELLS OF THE CAPILLARIES OF THE MUSCULAR SYSTEM UNDER CONDITIONS OF ISCHEMIA

ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES OF THE ENDOTHELIAL CELLS OF THE CAPILLARIES OF THE MUSCULAR SYSTEM UNDER CONDITIONS OF ISCHEMIA

Abstract

The ultrastructure of the capillary muscular tissue of laboratory rats has been studied. A characteristic of the organelles of endothelicytes of these cells during different periods following ischemia simulation has been adduced. The expediency of using the method of electron microscopy in experimental and clinical studies is corroborated in order to evaluatepathological processes at the subcellular level.
