ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF MODERN CRISES

Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the substantiation of methodological approaches to assessing the technical and technological potential of agricultural enterprises in the conditions of modern crises. It is determined that the assessment of the technical and technological potential of agricultural enterprises in modern crisis conditions is a highly relevant and significant area of research, which has both scientific and practical value. In conditions of armed conflict, economic instability, restrictions in logistics, lack of resources, and climate change, it is the technical support of farms that plays a key role in ensuring their stability, efficiency, and ability to adapt. The process of assessing the technical and technological potential of an agricultural enterprise is found to be complex and multi-component, combining elements of technical diagnostics, economic analysis, and strategic planning. Its main goal is to determine the degree of provision of the enterprise with agricultural machinery and equipment, analyze their technical condition and efficiency of use, as well as identify reserves for modernization and renewal of the material and technical base. The analysis revealed significant depreciation of fixed assets, limited possibilities for modernization, and insufficient implementation of innovations. However, it is substantiated that in conditions of limited resources, enterprises can increase the efficiency of technical potential by optimizing the use of available means, introducing precision agriculture, forming cooperative structures, attracting leasing mechanisms, and participating in state and international support programs. It is proven that a systematic assessment of technical and technological potential allows not only to identify problem areas, but also to develop strategies for overcoming them. This opens the way to sustainable development of the agricultural sector even in the most challenging conditions, ensuring food security, competitiveness, and innovation of Ukrainian agriculture.

Анотація. Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню методичних підходів до оцінювання техніко-технологічного потенціалу аграрних підприємств в умовах сучасних криз. Визначено, що в контексті збройного конфлікту, економічної нестабільності, логістичних обмежень, ресурсного дефіциту та кліматичних змін саме технічна база господарств виступає як критичний фактор їхньої життєздатності, ефективності й адаптивності. З’ясовано, що процес оцінювання техніко-технологічного потенціалу аграрного підприємства є багатогранним і включає в себе елементи технічної експертизи, економічного аналізу та стратегічного прогнозування. Доведено, що системне оцінювання техніко-технологічного потенціалу дає змогу не лише виявити проблемні зони, але й розробити стратегії їхнього подолання. Це відкриває шлях до стійкого розвитку аграрного сектору навіть у найскладніших умовах, забезпечуючи продовольчу безпеку, конкурентоспроможність та інноваційність українського сільського господарства.
