The article establishes that managerial decisions regarding the application of certain methods of optimization or improvement of production processes are based on the evaluation of production processes. To assess the production processes of the enterprise in the literature, many methods are described, one of which is the qualimetric approach to the development quality assessment. The use of a qualitative approach to the development of quality assessment is impossible without a specific system of appraisal of quality of development, the scale by which these indicators can be evaluated, as well as the criteria by which interpretation of the results can be achieved. The selection of indicators of the quality of the production process, in the article is carried out on the main principle - their measurability. In view of this, we consider the indicators that can be calculated and the nature of which indicates an increase or decrease in the quality of the production process. The article also discusses the general algorithm through which the quality of the process (products) is determined, while for the evaluation of production processes, they first classify, and then choose the basic ones that are laid down in the classification of indicators for different groups. The assessment of the possibility of application to the subject of the study - the quality of development - qualimetric principles and approaches applied to the quality of processes. As a result of the application of the decomposition method, the gradation of production processes is constructed according to quality levels and quality development levels.

У статті встановлено, що управлінські рішення щодо застосування тих чи інших методів оптимізації чи поліпшення виробничих процесів приймаються на підставі оцінювання виробничих процесів. Для оцінювання виробничих процесів підприємства в спеціальній літературі описано багато методів, одним з яких є кваліметричний підхід до оцінювання якості розвитку. Використання кваліметричного підходу до оцінювання якості розвитку неможливо без певної системи оціночних показників якості розвитку, шкали, за якими ці показники можуть бути оцінені, а також критеріїв, за допомогою яких можлива інтерпретація отриманих результатів. Відбір показників якості виробничого процесу в статті здійснюється за основним принципом - їх вимірюваності. З огляду на це розглянуто показники, які можна обчислити, та характер яких вказує на збільшення чи зменшення якості виробничого процесу. В статті також розглянуто загальний алгоритм, за допомогою якого визначається якість процесу (продукції), при цьому для оцінювання виробничі процеси спочатку класифікують, а потім обирають базові, які закладаються в класифікацію показників за різними групами. Проведено оцінку можливості застосовування до предмета дослідження – якості розвитку – кваліметричні принципи й підходи, що застосовуються до якості процесів. В результаті застосування методу декомпозиції, вибудовано градацію виробничих процесів за рівнями якості та за рівнями якості розвитку.
