In the article the analysis of the norms about the stages of committing a crime and about voluntary refusal under the legislation of post-soviet states was made. The systemic contradictions of these norms were found. The ways of improvement of these norms were proposed.
Осуществлен анализ норм о стадиях совершения преступления и о добровольном отказе по законодательству постсоветских государств. Установлены системные противоречия этих норм. Предложены пути усовершенствования данных норм.
Здійснено аналіз норм про стадії вчинення злочину та про добровільну відмову за законодавством пострадянських держав. Виявлені системні протиріччя вказаних норм. Пропонуються шляхи вдосконалення цих норм.
