
Introduction. Military personnel who are constantly in the combat zone are prone to acute stressful situations that go beyond the scope of usual human experience and are dangerous for life, reduce the level of morale and psychological state and have a negative impact on mental health. In most cases, a person is in a state of temporary stress, that is, in situations that caused it. Psychotraumatic factors, combat actions and reactions to stress, often leave behind mental disorders, in addition, cause tension and maladaptive forms of behavior, which are manifested in the growth of conflicts or limitations of the sphere of contacts. depression and PTSD - all this has a negative effect on the mental health of military personnel, but the personal characteristics of a person help to overcome stress or reduce its impact. Therefore, the mental health and psychosocial well-being of our servicemen are among the most important problems today. Purpose. The purpose of studying aspects of the moral and psychological state of military personnel is to understand the impact of stress factors during combat operations on the mental and physical health of military personnel, and the ability to prevent them. Methods. Сarrying out measures of moral and psychological support, formation and maintenance of the high morale of the army, moral and psychological state, discipline of personnel. Originality. This scientific article is a review, summarizing and analyzing the results of contemporary scientific research on the moral and psychological state. Conclusion. The study of morale and psychological state is a key aspect that determines the level, forecasting of the most combat-capable and least combat-capable units. Combat stress and its consequences for servicemen indicate the presence of personal deviations and low moral and psychological preparedness as factors that significantly increase the likelihood of developing a stress disorder in servicemen. This is the result of prolonged stress and inner vigilance. As a result, there is marked change in mood with expressive expression of feelings, as well as outbursts of irritation and switching to the stereotypical performance of usual actions in a combat environment.The moral and psychological state plays a key role in maintaining the psychological health of military personnel. It covers emotional, cognitive and social aspects of life. Positive emotions and the ability to cope with negative experiences help maintain balance in the mental state. The ability to express one's emotions and seek support from loved ones are important factors. Support from family and siblings, as well as participation in psychological rehabilitation measures, contribute to the improvement of the moral and psychological state. Interaction with other servicemen helps reduce feelings of loneliness and stress. The ability to cope with stress through relaxation techniques, physical activity helps to maintain a moral and psychological state at a stable level. It is important to ensure that military personnel have access to psychological support, including counseling, support groups, and rehabilitation programs. Implementing regular drills and simulations can prepare soldiers for stressful situations, reducing their fear and anxiety. Effective management of morale and psychological state significantly affects the combat readiness and general well-being of servicemen. It should also be considered that reintegration into civilian life after war is a complex process that can increase the risk of depression and suicidal behavior. Combat trauma and adjustment difficulties can significantly affect veterans' ability to return to normal life. Therefore, approaches to improving the moral and psychological state should take into account the complexity, individualized approach, and the system of creating support programs for the military.
У статті досліджується сукупність соціальних, офіцерських, морально- психологічних факторів, що полягає у відображенні в конкретних умовах життєдіяльності забезпеченні психологічного здоров’я та реалізації розвитку ЗС України. Акцентовано увагу на психологічну готовність та підготовленість військовослужбовців до виконання певної діяльності. Фокус зосереджено саме на психологічній готовності особового складу військ. Сформульовано рекомендації для персоналу психологічної підтримки щодо ефективного вирішення проблем морально психологічного стану військовослужбовців.
