PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF TRAINING OF THE FUTURE MASTERS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION FOR SCIENTIFIC-RESEARCH WORK

Abstract

The article focuses on the need to train future masters of primary education for scientific-research work. The essence of the concepts “research activity”, “research pedagogical activity”, “scientific-research work” has been specified. It is concluded that scientific-research work is preceded by research pedagogical activity. It is clarified that the traditional means of training future masters of primary education for scientific-research work in institutions of higher education is the independent research work of students managed by teachers, which still “remains a kind of supplement to educational activities”. The need to create a scientific-research environment in institutions of higher education has been proven: a set of pedagogical conditions necessary for the formation of the readiness of the future specialists for scientific-research work. Based on the study of scientific-pedagogical literature and a survey of graduates of the Master’s degree in the specialty 013 Primary Education of Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy, a number of pedagogical conditions for the preparation of the future Masters of primary education for scientific-research work have been determined: development of motivation for scientific-research work; inclusion into the educational-professional program of educational components of scientific-research direction; use of project learning technology in the process of teaching academic disciplines; organization of students’ independent work of research character; the work of scientific circles and problem groups. The experience of the teachers of the Department of Pedagogy of Khmelnytskyi Humanitarian-Pedagogical Academy regarding the implementation of the specified pedagogical conditions for the training of the future Masters of primary education for research work has been highlighted. It is concluded that the implementation of research, system, activity and person-oriented approaches contributes to the improvement of the process of training future Masters of primary education for scientific-research work. Comparative analysis of the experience of teachers of national institutions of higher education regarding the training of the future Masters of primary education for research work has been determined as the prospects for the further scientific research.

У статті акцентовано увагу на необхідності підготовки майбутніх магістрів початкової освіти до науково-дослідницької роботи. Уточнено сутність понять “дослідницька діяльність”, “дослідницька педагогічна діяльність”, “науково-дослідницька робота”, “науково-дослідницьке середовище”. Визначено педагогічні умови підготовки майбутніх магістрів початкової освіти до науково-дослідницької роботи. Висвітлено досвід викладачів кафедри педагогіки Хмельницької гуманітарно-педагогічної академії щодо реалізації визначених педагогічних умов підготовки майбутніх магістрів початкової освіти до науково-дослідницької роботи.
