Abstract

У статті на підставі сучасних нормативно-правових актів визначена роль лікаря загальної практики–сімейної медицини в питаннях медико-соціальної експертизи стійкої непрацездатності хворих на туберкульоз. В умовах складної епідеміологічної ситуації щодо поширеності даного захворювання в Україні, спадкоємність у питаннях диспансерного нагляду та питаннях реабілітації від фтизіатрів до лікарів загальної практики–сімейної медицини окремих категорій хворих на туберкульоз набуває особливого значення. Використання даних, викладених у статті, дозволить покращити надання кваліфікованої допомоги лікарями загальної практики–сімейної медицини населенню держави в питаннях медико-соціальної експертизи.

В статье на основе современных нормативно-правовых актов определена роль врача общей практики–семейной медицины в вопросах медико-социальной экспертизы стойкой нетрудоспособности больных туберкулезом. В условиях сложной эпидемиологической ситуации в Украине преемственность от фтизиатров к врачам общей практики–семейной медицины в вопросах диспансерного учета и реабилитации отдельных категорий больных туберкулезом приобретает особое значение. Использование данных, которые изложены в статье, позволит улучшить предоставление квалифицированной помощи врачами общей практики–семейной медицины населению в вопросах медико-социальной экспертизы.

The article defines the role of the family doctor in the medical and social expertise of disability for tuberculosis patients, using modern regulatory legal acts. There is a complicated epidemiological situation In Ukraine. In this regard, the connective work between phthisiatricians and family doctors became very important. Especially, it concerns cases of dispensary registration and rehabilitation of some categories of tuberculosis patients. The using of data presented in the publication will improve the family doctor qualified care in medical and social expertise of population.
