INSTITUTIONALIZATION PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY AS THE BASIS OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONALISM

Abstract

The article contains theoretical and methodological basis of the mechanism of formation of institutional and non-institutional level of professional activity as a basis of professionalism of the person in a modern society.Considering profession as an institution, the author argues that it is advisable to go not only on objective factors of its development but the subjective perception of the profession by the individual. Therefore, the most significant motivator professional labor is defined as the satisfaction of their own profession in the personal value system of life orientations. The author reveals the essence of the concept of «professional» because the term «vocational personality type», focusing on the method of identifying the real object with the theory of ideal types of M. Weber and provides design criteria that distinguish the subject of the profession from other professions, determine the inherent interests that distinguish the specific features of a professional. It is shown that the institutional level of the organization of professional activities related to the development of society, which should be played. Promises more effective reproduction of this depends on the level of institutional resources, the cost of regulation of human behavior in all spheres of life, first of all, professional. Thus, the higher the cost of optimizing the institutional level of professional activity, the less the employees see the point in keeping institutional norms. The author draws attention to enhancing the role of professional non-institutional level of human activity, the level at which the main object is not impersonal, and real workers. Go to the specified level of analysis reflects a process that can be described as a «return to man».
