Indicators of respiratory volume during exercise in children with different levels of the properties of nervous processes

Indicators of respiratory volume during exercise in children with different levels of the properties of nervous processes

Abstract

Indicators of respiratory volume at younger schoolchildren in each age group from 7 till 10 years are investigated at physical activities. Features of change of respiratory volume depending on individual, levels of properties of nervous processes are experimentally revealed at physical activities of increasing capacity. Article contains the new approach to the decision of scientific tasks that provides strengthening of an improving orientation and an individualization of physical training of children of younger school age.
