DEVELOPMENT OF THE PRICING MECHANISM IN THE SYSTEM OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF AN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE BASED ON THE MINIMAX PRINCIPLE

Abstract

Abstract. The article examines relevant issues of improving the pricing mechanism in the context of intensifying innovative activity of industrial enterprises. The necessity of applying the minimax approach in shaping pricing policy for scientific, technical, and innovative products is substantiated. The proposed model takes into account the interests of both the developer and the consumer, suggesting the establishment of a price interval—from the minimum level that ensures cost recovery and production stability to the maximum level defined by the consumer value of the innovation. Both objective and subjective factors influencing the final price are considered. The article outlines the stages of price formation throughout the innovation's life cycle and provides recommendations for the practical application of the minimax approach under market conditions. The proposed mechanism contributes to achieving a balanced pricing strategy, enhancing the effectiveness of innovation commercialization, and supporting sustainable enterprise development.

Анотація. У статті розглянуто актуальні питання вдосконалення механізму ціноутворення в умовах активізації інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств. Обґрунтовано необхідність застосування підходу мінімаксу при формуванні цінової політики щодо науково-технічної та інноваційної продукції. Запропонована модель враховує інтереси як розробника, так і споживача, передбачаючи встановлення граничного інтервалу ціни — від мінімального рівня, що гарантує окупність і стабільність виробництва, до максимального, визначеного споживчою цінністю інновації. Увагу приділено як об’єктивним, так і суб’єктивним чинникам, що впливають на кінцеве ціноутворення. Описано етапи формування ціни впродовж життєвого циклу інноваційного продукту та наведено рекомендації щодо практичного застосування мінімакс-підходу в ринкових умовах. Запропонований механізм сприяє забезпеченню збалансованості цінових рішень, підвищенню ефективності комерціалізації інновацій та стійкості розвитку підприємств.
