Abstract

The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of two models of tutor support implemented for students with hearing disorder. The first support’s model was implemented by professional teachers-tutors. The secondsupport’s model was peers performing the functions of support. The purpose of support in both models was the development of creative abilities of students with hearing disorder. Authors used the method "Personal semantic differential" and the questionnaire of commu-nication satisfaction to assess the effectiveness of the tutor’s activity. Also we used subtest from the E.E.Tunic-test to assess creativity. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, recommendations on the organization of tutor support in professional educational organization are presented.
