В статье рассматриваются вопросы о том, какие действия необходимо совершить и какие документы необходимо оформить для закрепления за той или иной стороной исключительного права на создаваемые результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, а также какие условия необходимо предусмотреть в договорах о создании результатов интеллектуальной деятельности.
The article deals the issues of what actions need to be performed and what documents need to be issued in order to consolidate the exclusive right to the created results of intellectual working for one or another party, as well as what conditions need to be provided for in contracts on the creation of intellectual working results.
