Abstract

A methodological approach has been developed to assess the development of the labor market under the influence of the heterogeneity of external migration by age criterion and to meet the needs of the market for additional labor resources. We take into account both social and economic factors, which leads to a decision for each potential skilled migrant involved in innovative development. As part of our approach to forecasting the flows of migrant workers within the framework of the labor market development model, we have developed another type of dynamic game model that determines the magnitude of migration flows in the context of the general labor market by introducing two types of functions to assess the wage level of migrants.
