Abstract

This article analyzed the bakery enterprise JSC SMAC in the Sverdlovsk region. During the analysis, factors influencing the competitiveness of JSC SMAK were identified. a methodology for assessing competitiveness was also implemented, based on existing groups of methods; in conclusion, recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the company were presented.

В данной статье был выполнен маркетинговый анализ хлебобулочного предприятия АО «СМАК» в Свердловской области. В ходе анализа были выявлены факторы, оказывающие влияние на конкурентоспособность АО "СМАК". Также была осуществлена оценка конкурентоспособности предприятия. В заключении представлены рекомендации по повышению конкурентоспособности компании.
