
In a situation of increasing international instability and in the context of the struggle to build a multipolar world, the multilateral practice of joint development of the soft power of Russia and India continues to expand effectively. Among the important sources of strengthening strategic partnership in the field of culture, education, healthcare, etc., one can name the activities of the national diasporas of Russia and India, acting as an important actor in promoting the interests and image of their country, bilateral cooperation in the development of IT technologies, space research, creative industries, which leads to a noticeable increase in the resource base of the soft power of both countries.
В ситуации нарастания международной нестабильности и в условиях борьбы за построение многополярного мира многосторонняя практика совместного развития мягкой силы России и Индии продолжает эффективно расширяться. Среди важных источников укрепления стратегического партнерства в области культуры, образования, здравоохранения и т. п. можно назвать деятельность национальных диаспор России и Индии, выступающих важным актором продвижения интересов и имиджа своей страны, двустороннее сотрудничество в сфере развития IT-технологий, космических исследований, креативных индустрий, которое приводит к заметному увеличению ресурсной базы мягкой силы обеих стран.
