Abstract

Russian state funding through the state budget is not sufficient for the requirements and needs of universities or to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. Therefore, the funds must be invested from outside the budget as well as investment in its infrastructure to support its productive capacity to maximize the income of its budgets to achieve financial sustainability that enables it to achieve its ambitions and future goals. This paper briefly describes how to align the budget with the sustainable development goals in universities.
