Abstract

The development of a web service for visualizing the performance of a domain process is an urgent topic. The web service allows you to create a userfriendly interface for accessing data, displaying and analyzing data, facilitating the decisionmaking process and improving the performance of the process. The separation into server and client parts improves communication and involvement of process participants.
