Оперативно-производственное планирование: учебное пособие

Abstract

Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов, обучающихся по направлению подготовки «Машиностроение». В пособии рассматриваются организационные и методические аспекты оперативно-производственного планирования на машиностроительных предприятиях: взаимосвязь оперативного планирования с общей системой менеджмента предприятия, системы оперативно-производственного планирования, примеры расчетов календарно-плановых нормативов. Основное внимание уделено оперативно-производственному планированию в серийном и единичном производстве. Пособие может быть рекомендовано как материал для подготовки к лекционным и практическим занятиям, а также для выполнения самостоятельных заданий по дисциплине «Оперативно-производственное планирование».
