Abstract

The research is devoted to the development of a system for monitoring key cargo flow parameters to optimize supply chain management of a metallurgical enterprise. Using the example of the enterprise under study, the authors propose to implement a system aimed at minimizing logistical costs, considering production constraints and reducing the influence of market and technological factors. The system includes monitoring of incoming/outgoing flows, transport and warehouses, data analysis using statistical methods and integration of information systems. The implementation of the system will reduce operational costs, improve planning, improve forecast accuracy and customer service.

Исследование посвящено разработке системы мониторинга ключевых параметров грузопотока для оптимизации управления цепями поставок металлургического предприятия. На примере исследуемого предприятия авторы предлагают реализовать систему, направленную на минимизацию логистических затрат, учет производственных ограничений и снижение влияния рыночных и технологических факторов. Система включает мониторинг входящих/исходящих потоков, транспорта и складов, анализ данных с использованием статистических методов и интеграции информационных систем. Внедрение системы позволит сократить операционные издержки, улучшить планирование, повысить точность прогнозов и клиентский сервис.
