Abstract

The paper discusses conditions and the development of motivation for grandparental labor (which includes the grandparents’ care for grandchildren). In addition, the motives of the grandparental labor and their potential impact in a modern family are considered.

В статье рассматриваются условия и динамика развития мотивации прародительского труда (труда бабушек и дедушек по воспитанию внуков). Помимо этого, рассматриваются мотивы прародительского труда и их потенциальное влияние в условиях современной семьи.
