The article is devoted to the development of lifelong educational space as a condition of continuing vocational training of youth. The authors consider this subject on the example of Russian technical universities and research on the domestic enterprises, make the conclusion about the necessity of continuous professional training of young people for their competitiveness in the labour market.

Статья посвящена вопросам развития непрерывного образовательного пространства как условия непрерывной профессиональной подготовки молодежи. Авторы рассматривают данную тему на примере российских технических вузов и исследований на отечественных предприятиях, делают вывод о необходимости непрерывной профессиональной подготовки молодежи для ее конкурентоспособности на рынке труда.
