Abstract

Потребность в юридических знаниях ощущается на всех уровнях общественной, экономической, политической жизни. Настоящее образование без научной школы невозможно. В статье анализируется научная школа теории государства и права В. Д. Перевалова, его творческие и трудовые достижения, представляющие несомненный интерес для педагогов.
