Abstract

Рассмотрены некоторые вопросы патентования технических решений, используемых в специальной технике, в разных странах. Для изобретений, полезных моделей авторами предложено ввести институт патентов с грифом ДСП (для служебного пользования), чтобы не разглашать технические решения, реализованные в специальных разработках.

Some issues of patenting technical solutions used in special equipment in different countries are considered. For inventions and utility models, the authors propose to introduce the institute of patents with the DSP (for official use) stamp, so as not to disclose technical solutions implemented in special developments.
