Abstract

В статье представлено исследование развития ментальных навыков спортсменов-подводников. Выявлено, что у спортсменов-подводников высших спортивных разрядов ментальные навыки развиты на высоком уровне, что говорит об их значимости для успешности в спорте. Дальнейшие исследования должны быть проведены на большей выборке спортсменов-подводников разного уровня спортивного мастерства.

The article presents a study of the development of mental skills of athletes divers. It has been revealed that scuba divers of the highest sports categories have developed mental skills at a high level, which indicates their importance for success in sports. Further research should be conducted on a larger sample of scuba divers of different levels of sportsmanship.
