Abstract

Following the technological advance, increasingly more digital substations with the function of telecontrol (remote control) appear in the world. Currently, operator control simulators are not equipped with the function of remote control of power system facilities. And it is this function of remote control that has been implemented in this version of a simulator. The power system model consists of 12 substations of 110-500 kV in the Perm region. The library of RastrWin3 PC «ASTRALib» was used as a calculation module for the power flow analysis. There is a second application that is connected to the system model via local network to control the parameters of power equipment. Two scenarios of emergency training are modeled, in the course of which the trainee has to take actions to eliminate disturbance state of operation of the power system.
