Abstract

The article provides an overview of the key issues of the mediatization of the medical field in the digital media era. Today, the media space is the leading source and generator of social knowledge about health, its risks and health-saving practices. Based on the results of the analysis of relevant publications, it is concluded that the representation of various medical information in the media transforms the understanding of the role of health in human life. In conclusion, further research perspectives in the development of this problem are noted.

В статье представлен обзор ключевых вопросов медиатизации сферы медицины в эпоху цифровых медиа. Медиапространство сегодня является ведущим источником и генератором социального знания о здоровье, его рисках и практиках здоровьесбережения. По результатам анализа релевантных публикаций делается вывод, что представленность различной медицинской информации в медиа трансформирует понимание о роли здоровья в жизни человека. В заключении отмечаются дальнейшие исследовательские перспективы в разработке данной проблемы.
