Abstract

В учебном пособии раскрыты основные понятия экономики строительной отрасли, указаны участники строительного процесса и описаны особенности их деятельности. Рассмотрены основы строительного проектирования, ценообразования в строительстве и содержания проектной документации. В конце каждой главы даны вопросы и задания для самопроверки, которые позволят студентам закрепить изученный материал. Для студентов, изучающих дисциплины в рамках модулей «Основы деятельности строительного предприятия», «Экономика строительной отрасли», а также для тех, кто интересуется особенностями принятия решений хозяйствующими субъектами.
