Abstract

The problem of shortage of qualified personnel is extremely significant for the Russian industry. The shortage of professionals is one of the factors hindering the development of the country's economy. This issue worries the heads of all metallurgical plants and companies. Solving the problem of "personnel shortage" is the most urgent task of all interested stakeholders – business, education and the state.

Проблема дефицита квалифицированных кадров является крайне значимой для российской промышленности. Нехватка профессионалов является одним из факторов, сдерживающих развитие экономики страны. Данный вопрос тревожит руководителей всех металлургических заводов и компаний. Решение проблемы «кадрового голода» – актуальнейшая задача всех заинтересованных стейкхолдеров – бизнеса, образования и государства.
