Abstract

Выявляется связь между готовностью к непрерывному обучению и успешностью субъективной карьеры у профессионалов в условиях кризиса середины карьеры. Анализируются проблемы определения предикторов субъективной карьеры. Уточняются понятия «субъективная карьера», «непрерывное обучение». Исследование будет иметь практическую и теоретическую ценность для психологов-исследователей, психологов-консультантов, педагогов, менеджеров по персоналу и руководителей предприятий, а также для профессионалов, проживающих кризис середины карьеры.

To identify the relationship between the readiness for lifelong learning and the success of a subjective career among professionals in a mid-career crisis. To analysis of the problem of determining predictors of subjective career. Сlarify of the definitions “subjective career”, “lifelong learning”. Theoretical and practical advice for psychologists-researchers, psychologists-consultants, teachers, personnel managers, heads of enterprises, professionals in mid-career crisis.
