Abstract

In the context of modern challenges related to economic sanctions and the departure of international IT companies from the Russian market, import substitution projects for operating systems (OS) are becoming one of the key tasks for ensuring technological independence and data security. The strategic importance of these projects is especially relevant for government agencies and critical sectors of the economy. The article analyzes the problems faced by Russian companies and system integrators when switching to domestic OS. The problems of switching to domestic OS require a comprehensive approach. It is proposed to create a pre-sale preparation methodology that will help system integrators reduce risks and increase the success of implementing domestic solutions, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
