Проектирование территории промышленного города

Abstract

The paper deals with problem of developing the territories of industrial towns in the Ural. The analysis moves on to spatial territorial organizations, projecting the transport and engineering frames, collocation of habitable zones, and zones industrial, social-business development, in correlation with natural ecological features of the territory, as well as in accordance with the zoning of industrial sites while planning the town. Town territory comes with functional zones, which define the urban planning structure, and the architecture image. We concentrate on analyzing the mainstream of transforming the industrial and mining territories.

Статья посвящена проблеме развития территорий промышленных городов Урала. Рассматриваются виды пространственной организации территории, проектирование транспортного и инженерного каркаса, размещение зон жилой, производственной, общественно-деловой застройки с учетом природно-экологические особенности территории, а также проблема районирования производственных территорий при проектировании города. Городская территория формируется из функциональных зон, определяющих ее планировочную структуру и архитектурный облик. В статье анализируются основные направления преобразования территорий промышленного и горнодобывающего комплекса.
