
The article summarizes the experience of implementing “service learning” in the implementation of the third mission of KSPEU as a new technology of cross-sector social partnership in developing the sustainability of the non-profit sector. In the presented study, the problem of the need to assess the impact of social projects implemented in service learning at NPOs was formulated and the problem posed was verified in a pilot study, which identified in the expert assessments of NPO leaders a unanimous position on the contribution to the development of NPOs implemented by students of social projects. Based on the results of students’ reflection, growth points were identified in the implementation of the “Service-Learning” technology.
В статье обобщается опыт реализации «обучение служением» в реализации третьей миссии КГЭУ как новой технологии межсекторного социального партнерства в развитии устойчивости некоммерческого сектора. В представленном исследовании осуществлена постановка проблемы необходимости оценки воздействия социальных проектов, реализованных в обучение служением на НКО и проведена верификация проставленной проблемы в пилотном исследовании, в котором выявлена в экспертных оценках лидеров НКО единогласная позиция вклад в развитие НКО реализуемых студентами социальных проектов. По результатам рефлексии студентов установлены точки роста в реализации технологии «Обучение служением».
