Abstract

В статье проводится анализ конкурентоспособности Публичного акционерного общества (ПАО) «Мобильные ТелеСистемы» (МТС), с использованием динамического метода оценки. Приведенные расчеты, выполненные на базе годовых отчетов ПАО «Мобильные ТелеСистемы» и его основных конкурентов, позволили выявить ключевое конкурентное преимущество компании, определить уровень конкурентоспособности и дать рекомендации по построению конкурентной стратегии компании.

The article is devoted to the competitiveness analyze of Mobile TeleSystems PJSC, using dynamic approach of assessment. Modified calculations, made on the bases of annual reports of Mobile TeleSystems PJSC and its main competitors, allowed to discover the main competitive advantages of the company, define competitiveness level and give instructions on company’s competitiveness strategy construction.
